Xur returns to Destiny 2 this week with a new batch of Exotics to give you a boost. That's great, because last weekend saw the release of the Vault of Glass raid, and the newly updated activity is tougher than its Destiny 1 counterpart. Here's what Xur is selling and where to find him.

Head to the EDZ, in the Winding Cove area, to find Xur this week. For his weapon, Xur is offering Sweet Business. Hunters can pick up the Lucky Raspberry chest armor; for Titans, there's the ACD/0 Feedback Fence gauntlets; and for Warlocks, Xur has the Apotheosis Veil helmet.

Xur Location

Spawn in at the Winding Cove transmat zone and hop on your sparrow, heading north. Drive onto the broken overpass and look for a cave in the cliff wall, near where the overpass curves. You can also climb the cliff wall on the outside using the trees. Head for the crashed Fallen dropship at the top of the cliff, where Xur stands waiting among some Fallen combatants.

Xur returns to the solar system every weekend in Destiny 2, starting with the daily reset at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET each Friday. The thing is, where he'll land isn't known until he actually arrives. Xur can hang out at one of several locations, including in the Tower Hangar area, on Nessus in Watcher's Grave, and in the Winding Cove area of the EDZ. Xur's inventory also changes each week, so it's worth revisiting him on the weekends for new weapons and rolls on Exotic armor.

Xur Exotic Items

Xur brings Sweet Business as his weapon this weekend, and if you're headed back into the Vault of Glass raid, you could do worse. The assault rifle is basically a minigun, with a massive magazine and the ability to rip apart lots of enemies quickly--great for some of those Vault encounters with lots of enemies to take down. If you're not a fan of his other options, Xur also sells an Exotic engram that will decrypt into an Exotic you don't already own. Just note that you can only buy one per week, and the engram is specific to the character class who buys it--so if you're trying to get a new Titan helmet, don't buy the engram with your Warlock. He also has the new Xenology Quest, which rewards an Exotic Cipher you can use to purchase Exotics from either Xur or the Tower's Monument to Lost Lights. The quest requires you to either complete Strikes or win matches in Gambit and the Crucible.

Destiny 2 News And Guides

Each week, Xur offers one Exotic weapon and three pieces of Exotic armor, one for each character class. The inventory is random, as are the stat rolls you can expect on each of his armor offerings, so if you're looking to fill out your collection or if you're hoping for better versions of Exotics you already have, it's worth visiting him. Xur also brings an Exotic Engram, which is guaranteed to drop something you don't already have, if there are Exotics missing from your collection on that particular character--but that doesn't include Exotics you have to earn through activities, including the new Exotic armors added each season, which can only be claimed from Legendary or Master Lost Sectors.

Sweet Business (Assault Rifle)

Sweet Business is for dumping tons of ammo into enemies without stopping, and that makes it great for crowd-control situations. The assault rifle has a huge magazine--150 rounds--and if you pick up ammo for the gun as you're firing it, it'll immediately reload, allowing you to keep firing continuously. You also get bonuses to range and rate of fire the longer you hold down the trigger, so it pays to unload with everything you've got. If you're hoping to mow down a lot of enemies quickly, Sweet Business can do the job.

Lucky Raspberry (Hunter)

If you're down for chaining lightning through your enemies, Lucky Raspberry can help. The Exotic amps up your grenades to make them chain further, hitting more enemies when you throw them into a crowd. Each leap of lightning has a chance to fully recharge your grenade, and a maxed-out chain always refills--so you can hurl lightning at your enemies at a much faster rate.

Stats:

ACD/0 Feedback Fence (Titan)

Titans who like fighting at point-blank range should ACD/0 Feedback Fence a go. As you punch enemies, you build up energy in the Exotic gauntlets, and when someone finally punches you back, that energy decreases the damage you take from the blow. It also releases all the energy in an explosion, making whoever thought they could get into a fistfight with you really regret it. It's also worth noting that Xur's version of Feedback Fence this week has an extremely high stat roll, so if you like this Exotic in your build, this is a good version to snag.

Stats:

Apotheosis Veil (Warlock)

Where Xur's offering for Titans this week carries unusually high stat numbers, his Warlock offering carries unusually low ones--so you might want to skip this unless you're really hurting to add Apotheosis Veil to your collection. The helmet instantly regenerates your abilities and health when you activate your Super, giving you a huge boon for staying alive, especially in the Crucible. It also causes your allies to recharge their class abilities faster, making it handy for support, too. It's not a bad option in most activities, but unfortunately, this particular version of Apotheosis Veil just isn't very good.
