Property Week welcomed three new members to its Diversity & Inclusion Editorial Advisory Board ahead of its second virtual meeting last week.
The new members are: Adam Bray, director of customer and place strategy in the property management division of Savills; Louise Brooke-Smith, international development and strategic planning adviser at Consilio Strategic Consultancy; and Darren Rogers, partner and head of European real estate at Fried Frank.
Over the course of a two-hour Zoom meeting, the board discussed Property Week’s D&I Editorial Code of Conduct and its D&I coverage and identified a number of areas for improvement.
It also debated the pros and cons of creating a D&I logo, discussed whether concepts such as ‘equity’ or ‘justice’ should be incorporated into the agenda and started to flesh out several exciting new initiatives, which Property Week will reveal details of in due course.
