Murtra named new president of Spain's Indra

The board of directors of Spain's state-backed ICT group Indra has confirmed the appointment of Marc Mutra as the company's new president, replacing Fernando Abril-Martorell, who was reportedly forced to step down by the government. Unlike Abril-Martorell, the new president will not have executive powers, which have been delegated to Ignacio Mataix and Cristina Ruiz, responsible for the company's Transport and Defence and Minsait divisions, who have been appointed joint CEOs.
