This Destiny's Child catch-up call is just what my 90s soul needed today.

Michelle Williams shared two audio clips of herself checking in with Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland. According to NME, the recordings were shared around the release of Michelle's new book, Checking In: How Getting Real about Depression Saved My Life - and Can Save Yours.

In the first clip, Beyoncé and Kelly make it clear that they are "so proud" Michelle, with Bey adding: "You are so inspirational for both of us, and we just love watching you become exactly who you are, and the world sees your impact and wisdom and your beautiful advice and your discernment, and we're just so proud of you."

Michelle then speaks about how stressful the release of the book has been, saying: "It feels like you're releasing music because it's like, are people going to like it? Is it going to do well the first week? All of those things."

In a second clip, the trio jokes around as Michelle points out that Kelly is making soup before asking Beyoncé if she's making "musical soup".

"I'm cooking some music," Beyoncé adds.

In a third recording, Michelle speaks about what she wants people to take away from her book.

The singer talks about how she wishes she had been a little more truthful surrounding her feelings during her time with the group.
