The Back Squat is one of the most fundamental exercises in the strength training, some people go to such length and call it the mother of all exercises.
I am not too sure whether I agree, that it is the mother of all exercises, but it’s certainly one of the best exercises or movement to build strength and power. Here are some videos for beginners.
