Ujjain: Collector Asheesh Singh inspected Government Charak Hospital to inspect on Thursday. He instructed that one should prepare for the third wave of corona from now on.
Collector said that experts are afraid that children would be more infected during the third wave and he instructed that 15 PICU beds be reserved for children, on the first floor of Charak Hospital, 60 oxygen beds for children, if needed, 60 more oxygen beds be installed.
He also ordered that 60 new ICU beds: 30 in Government Madhav Nagar and 30 on fifth floor of Charak Hospital be arranged for adult patients. After discussing with the pediatrician, collector directed that Covid-19 Children Special Ward be prepared. During the inspection, CMHO Dr Mahavir Khandelwal, Civil Surgeon Dr PN Verma and other doctors were present.
MP MOTIVATES MALIKHEDI RESIDENTS FOR C-JAB

Member of Parliament Anil Firojia visited the Malikheri village on Thursday after a team of the health department faced the ire of villagers during vaccination on Monday last. Firojia and BJP district president Bahadur Singh Bormundla told senior people of Pardi community about the benefits of vaccination and got them vaccinated. Talking to the media, the MP said that action will be taken against the ones who instigated the villagers against getting anti-corona vaccination.
