Lodha, India’s largest real estate developer, extends the Maharashtra Government’s initiative of stamp duty benefits of up to 2% (applicable as of 31st March, 2021) across developments till 31st July, 2021. Lodha will absorb the stamp duty cuts provided to customers. Homebuyers, who missed making their dream home come true, can now take the plunge with benefits across the world’s finest developments.
