BHOPAL: The government may permit reopening of offices with 50 per cent staff capacity from June 1.
At a meeting of ministerial committees on Thursday, there was an agreement on various issues.
The meeting convened by Home Minister Narottam Mishra, it was decided that another round of discussions would be held on Monday.
The recommendations will be sent to the Chief Minister for a decision.
The ministers have agreed that only 20 people will be allowed in the wedding ceremonies and in the last rites of a person.
All political and social events will remain under complete ban, but the religious places will be reopened.
Nevertheless, besides the priest, only two persons will be allowed at a time to perform Puja.
The construction work and the service provider work will be allowed to restart. Malls, talkies and coaching centers will remain closed.
The suspended transportation services to Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and UP may restart from June 1.
Apart from that, the shops located in colonies will be reopened and the timings will be fixed for that.
A decision on Indore and Bhopal will be taken on the grounds of situation on May 31.
A decision on whether the main markets will be restarted will be taken at a meeting in coming days.
The main markets may be reopened in those districts where there is no infection now.
Local languages to be used for campaigning
The government will launch an awareness campaign about Covid-19 vaccine.
Through the drive, the officials will allay doubts about the anti-Covid-19 jabs.
Apart from that, people will be made aware about the appropriate behaviour for Covid-19. This will be done in local languages.
Videos and audios will be made in Bundeli, Malawi and Bagheli to tell people about the cautions to be taken against the corona pandemic and about the importance of anti-corona vaccine.
