Fierce 5 Dumbell - Do i still cut? body pics

    Hi All,

Been running fierce 5 dumbell for about 3 months.

I started with 4kg and currently up to:

18kg each side for lower body
12kg each side for upper body

I have been cutting the whole time but I am what you call skinny fat. I have alot of fat on my stomach that i cant shift!

Do i continue to cut or shall i clean bulk so that I can look more in proportinate?

My ultimate goal is to pack muscle mass but want to get stronger first.

Any advice would be welcome as my head is spinning as to what to do!

I would try to maintain a small calorie deficit (lose weight slowly) while aiming to keep making progress with lifting (more weight or more reps with the same weight - or more total sets). You can add reps each time, you don't (shouldn't) stick to the same rep count each time.

Try to get to a gym, your limited equipment is likely holding you up.

Thanks mate, yes im running the fierce 5 at the mo and started a gym so i can continue adding 2kg to upper every 2 weeks and 2kg to lower every week till I stall. Hopefully i can still build strength while cutting, probably wont build much muscle if i cut 250 calories under maitenance?
