Best ISP in Hyderabad in terms of Download speed and FUP limit?

What is the ISP being used in the DAE township near ecil, hyderabad
If anybody knows please reply here so that it helps a lot who wants to move into that township.

This township has BSNL but I dont know if it is BSNL FTTH or not? So asking since I need to move into it after some months as my wife got promoted and we will get good portion in that township. Since these are COVID days so could not dare venture outside and ask people there in the township and my wifey isnt well versed with any thing Internety so asking here so that I can prepare myself to accept which NET service is there in the township.
Presently living closeby but incurring 14k per month as rent in a apartment so would shift into the govt quarters soon.
If it is Airtel then BSNL is better but if it has ACT and its confirmed then I will take ACT as I am presently on ACT.
