    Intent not enough, India Inc needs to tackle mental barriers & forget RoI to make inclusive workplaces a reality

    To build an eco-system that supports disability, organisations will need a multi-pronged approach - from a well-documented and well-publicised zero-tolerance policy against any form of discrimination - including examples of what comprises patronizing behaviours or language towards the disabled, to ensuring PwDs receive the latest disability-specific training, to adjusting and reforming company processes to reflect the needs and realities of this demographic.
