The BSE Sensex is at 50,978 (up 0.6%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are BAJAJ FINSERV (up 1.9%), TITAN (up 1.8%) and TECH MAHINDRA (up 1.6%). Other gainers include INFOSYS (up 1.5%) and INDUSIND BANK (up 1.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are SBI and ITC.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 15,303 (up 0.6%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include GRASIM (up 3.7%), BAJAJ FINSERV (up 2.0%) and TITAN (up 1.9%). Other gainers include UPL (up 1.7%) and TECH MAHINDRA (up 1.6%).
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 30,609 to 50,978, registering a gain of 20,369 points (up 66.5%).
SONATA SOFTWARE net profit down at Rs 538 million for the quarter ended December 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 759 million a year ago. Net Sales rose 12.9% to Rs 14.0 billion during the period as against Rs 12.4 billion in October-December 2019.
For the year ended March 2020, SONATA SOFTWARE reported 12.5% increase in net profit to Rs 2.8 billion compared to net profit of Rs 2.5 billion during FY19.
Revenue of the company grew 26.4% to Rs 37 billion during FY20.
The current Price to earnings ratio of SONATA SOFTWARE, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 29.9x.
