Aditya Vision informs about disclosure

Further to its letter dated 14 May, 2021 and in Compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Aditya Vision has informed that all showrooms of the Company located at different locations of Bihar and offices shall remain closed till 01st June, 2021 to prevent & contain the spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). In view of the recent directives issued by the State Government on 24th May, 2021 relating to further extension of complete lockdown till 01st June, 2021. E-Commerce activities will be allowed during the lockdown. The duration of this situation will depend upon further directives to be issued by the Government in this regard.
