Arvind Kumar inspects development works in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA&UD) principal secretary Arvind Kumar on Tuesday inspected Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) lands and developmental works in the city outskirts. The open lands and works taken up at Kokapet, Narsingi, Budvel,Kotwalguda,Gandipet and Rudraram were examined during the four-hour long inspection.

The principal secretary even took stock of finer details of the projects underway and suggested changes. While the officials executing the works at Narsingi interchange were instructed to speed up the project, Kumar was satisfied seeing the development of infrastructure facilities in SEZ at Kokapet. Meanwhile, changes in the Gandipet Beautification Project were suggested.

Officials from engineering, estates and other wings of HMDA were present during the inspection. Several developmental projects will dot the city outskirts, said the principal secretary in a tweet. “Inspecting @HMDA_Gov sites & works at Budvel Kotwalguda Narsingi Kokapet Gandipet &Rudraram Alongwith hmda staff – some interesting projects in offing,” tweeted Kumar.
