How to make plank workout for beginners or do plank in an advanced way

The plank is one of the best exercise that you can do to strengthen your inner muscles and have a flat belly. You may start from several ways to do it (see the links below) and adjusting the time spent in on this exercise. If you never did it before, do not hurry and try to hold this pose less time and increase the time and difficulty when you progress.
Getting started this pose can be very simple. Just start holding it for seconds and you can hold it indefinitely. There are no boundaries of how much you should be in a pose, it‘s up to you to choose based on personal choice and health condition.

I was doing this exercise myself for years and as a result I do not have my back pain anymore which was due to sitting position at work, my belly looks much better as well and I want to achieve more now with some more difficult variation of a plank. So if you already are an expert, there is still area to improve with this exercise.
