In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20210511-35 dated May 11, 2021 on the captioned matter.

The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its order dated May 21, 2021 direct that the direction no.(i) in paragraph no.43 of the impugned order shall remain stayed.

A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
