MLC Kavitha ensures that the pregnant woman provides help early COVID restriction

Hyderabad: According to an SOS received on Twitter, Nizamabad MLC Kavitha Kalvakuntla came to the rescue of a pregnant woman amid the rural lockdown in Telangana.

Kalvakuntla, who is also the daughter of Telangana Prime Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, admitted 23-year-old Jyothi to a private hospital and paid for all her medical expenses.

The MLC received the SOS on May 22, declaring that Jyothi was facing serious complications as she was close to giving birth.

‘Sowmya, thank you for mastering this. We have contacted Balaji and are trying our best to help Jyothi, ‘the MLC responded to the SOS hosted on May 22 on the microblog site. Jyothi’s husband, Raju Naik, a manager, found it difficult to cover the medical expenses. ”

‘Due to her birth complications, Kavitha moved her to a private hospital and decided to bear all the medical expenses to ensure that both Jyothi and the unborn were safe, especially in times when the country was experiencing a second wave. COVID-19, ”Reads a statement issued by the MLC’s office.

The statement further stated that Jyothi gave birth to a baby boy on Monday and responded well to the operation.
