Hi guys I designed this split and seems to be working really well for me
Day 1 - Chest and Triceps
Day 2 - Back
Day 3 - Shoulder and Biceps
Day 4 - Legs
Triceps seem to be recovering for my shoulder day
Rest days are optional, pretty much when I feel like resting
