Mob attacks vaccine team in Ujjain village

UJJAIN: A mob of around 100 attacked a team of health and administrative officials in Ujjain’s Malikhedi village on Monday when they were trying to set up a Covid-19 vaccination camp.
The team of around 25, led by tehsildar Anu Jain, had gone to the village, SDM Ashutosh Goswami said. “Villagers had preconceived notions about vaccines and were not willing to take the shots,” he said.
