Covid-19: 1,247 new cases detected in Kolhapur

Kolhapur, May 24 (UNI) As many as 1,247 fresh Covid-19 patients and 41 deaths were reported in a single day today, taking the district's tally of such cases to 99,198 and the toll to 3,391, respectively.
On the other hand, 1,213 more patients were discharged during the day across the district, taking overall count of recoveries to 82,286.
There are now 13,521 active cases in the district, an official report said.
