Amid COVID-19 induced lockdown in Bhopal to curb the spread of COVID-19, city’s fishermen are facing losses. The fishermen urged government to ease lockdown restrictions. According to fisherman Mahesh, "We want the markets to reopen so that we can earn a living again. This lockdown has severely affected us. I urge the government to reopen soon.” Fisherman Gopal said, “We somehow earn 100-150 in a day and maintaining our livelihood. Due to lockdown, our business is completely closed.”
