SuperSport United captain Ronwen Williams says they are highly motivated to prevent Sundowns from securing the DStv Premiership title on Wednesday.
The Pretoria derby will take place at Lucas Moripe Stadium, with Sundowns needing a win to clinch the league silverware.
Williams is eager to throw a spanner in the works by pulling off an upset at the defending league champions.
"They will want to wrap up the league, but we don't want to allow that," said Williams, according to The Citizen.
"We know how to beat them; I am sure it will be a good one, and we are looking forward to it."
The goalkeeper is coming back into the fray after spending a month on the sidelines with an injury, and he is pleased to be involved again.
He added: "I am just glad to be back, I was disappointed to be out for a few weeks, but it gave me time to miss the game and bring back that spark.
"Hopefully, I can help push my team to finish strong in our last three games."
Kick-off is at 17:00.
