Baytree appoints Glencar to build 180,000 sq ft logistics scheme in Milton Keynes

Glencar Construction has been awarded a contract by logistics group Baytree to build a 180,000 sq ft logistics scheme in Milton Keynes.

The 10.4-acre site in Fenny Lock, Milton Keynes is being developed by Baytree and seeks to be one of the most sustainable logistics developments ever built in the UK.
