Sinoboom launched two new battery powered tracked scissor lifts - the 12ft 0407ET and 39ft 1215ET - alongside a number of recently launched models at the China International Construction Equipment Exhibition (CICEE) last week.
Weighing just 950kg, the 0407ET offers a working height of 5.8 metres with a 240kg platform capacity. It offers an overall stowed width of 780mm, a length of 1.51 metres and a height of 1.7 metres with its handrails folded down. Power comes from a 24 volt battery pack with electric drive motors for the tracks.

The larger 1215ET offers a working height of 13.8 metres with a 320kg platform capacity. Weighing 3,200kg, it offers an overall stowed width of 1.6 metres, a length of 2.86 metres and a height of just over two metres with the guardrails folded. Power comes from a 48 volt battery pack and it features single touch automatic outrigger levelling. Gradeability on both units is 30 percent.

The company also showcased a number of its new models launched at bauma China last year, including its 12ft 0407SE and 18ft 0607SE slab electric scissor lifts, its lithium-ion powered 39ft 1212E and 45ft 1414E Plus – which offers an improved load capacity of 350kg – scissor lifts and its battery powered 53ft 1623RE Rough Terrain scissor lift. It also had its new 120ft TB36C telescopic boom lift designed for the shipyard market and a 85ft TB26EJ Plus electric boom lift with an increased capacity of 340kg.
