COVID-19 assistance continues to pour in for Naorem Rakesh

Imphal, May 23 2021: COVID-19 assistance for renowned Writer, Film Producer, Social & Cultural Activist, Rakesh Naorem continues to pour in from several sections.

The volunteers of BJP Wangjing Tentha Mandal under the supervision of Wangjing Tentha AC MLA, Paonam Brojen visited the residence of Naorem Rakesh at Tentha Khongbal and provided rice, dal, edible oil and other essential items today.

Women committee members of Wangjing Tentha 34/4 also distribute food items.

Besides, Film Forum Manipur; Patriotic Writers Forum Manipur, Assam & Tripura; Wangjing Centre Baptist Church; Manipur Legislative Assembly secretary, Mutum Ramani; PWD, Government of Manipur Chief Engineer, Nongmaithem Noren; I/E Zilla Parishad Uppa Adhyaksha, Kshetri Tama, ZP Seram Neken, ZP Khangembam (O) Manishang; Bishnupur Higher Secondary School Principal, Wahengbam Hemabati; Tentha Gram Panchayat Pradhan, Naorem Pradip and other members; 1st MR CO, Moirangthem Rajen; M/S Purnima Enterprises proprietor, Nigombam (O) Ranibala; film actor & director, B Roji and Eteen Computerised Eye Testing & Eye Care Centre proprietor, Maibam Eteen Meitei also provided assistance.

It may be mentioned that Rakesh Naorem is currently admitted at the Community Home Isolation Centre in Tentha Khunou.
