Kcell launches new HappyDigital package

Kazakhstan operator Kcell has introduced new package HappyDigital. The package costs KZT 89 per day. It includes an anti-virus services from Kaspersky Laboratory, access to the Okko video-streaming service and the LitRes electronic library.
