Dr Suresh no more

Imphal, May 23 2021: Former Health Director and a regular contributor of The Sangai Express (English), Dr Thiyam Suresh has died of COVID-19 this morning.

After testing positive for COVID-19, Dr Suresh was treated at Babina Specialty Hospital at Sajiwa Jail road for the past few days.

Apart from being a medical professional, Dr Suresh was also a regular columnist of The Sangai Express (English) under 'Opinion Maker' .

The Sangai Express mourned the demise of the doctor and prayed for his soul to rest in peace and condoled the bereaved family.

Dr Suresh was 70 .
