TresVista, a provider of outsourced support to corporates, asset managers, and entrepreneurs, has reiterated its commitment to employee well-being with two initiatives, ‘Breathe’ and ‘ThriVe’.

Through Breathe, employees and their families will have access to professional experts to support mental and emotional well-being. ThriVe will provide a series of interventions for employees to take a break, rest, recover and reconnect with their loved ones.

“We are driven by a people-first approach and committed to supporting our employees and their families through this pandemic. The most recent initiatives focus on giving people the time and access to seek professional help to tide over these testing times,” Sudeep Mishra, managing director and co-founder, TresVista, told ET.

The ThriVe programme includes special provisions, events, and engagement activities focusing on physical and mental well-being and skill development. Each quarter focuses on one key objective such as and upskilling and has various initiatives designed around it. Besides, it also allows employees a flexible set of leaves to devote their time and care to the family.

As a first step under this initiative, the organisation will switch off together on 31 May to take the day to rest, recover and reconnect with their loved ones.

Through Breathe, which has been organised in collaboration with Silver Oak Health, employees and their family members can access professional experts for emotional and mental wellness. The programme focuses on mindful living, building resilience, de-stigmatising mental health, and prioritising mental and physical aspects of well-being. Counseling sessions are also available to employees under home isolation who may have tested Covid-positive or who are not able to move about due to local restrictions.

In October 2020, the firm had also introduced a slew of employee-friendly measures to support employees like caregivers’ special leave, Covid+ve paid leaves and WFH setup reimbursements.

TresVista has over 750 employees across offices in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Singapore, New York, and London.
