Suryapet: President of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) and Nalgonda MP N Uttam Kumar Reddy on Monday called on the state government to take measures to conduct RTPCR testing on the maximum number of people to contain the spread of Coronavirus in the state .
With a PPE kit, Uttam Kumar Reddy has the Covid here in the general hospital of the government and had interaction with the patients.
Later in the media, he appreciated the doctors, nurses and medical staff for relentlessly expanding their services to Covid patients in the hospital. He claims that the state government has reduced Covid tests and limit the number of people who receive the test facility at Primary Health Centers. RTPCR testing laboratories should be set up in all state hospitals in the state, he added.
He said he was willing to expand any assistance for the development of the general state hospital here, and said that the hospital should be upgraded to a 950-bed hospital from 300 beds by launching the postgraduate courses in government college .
Reddy said he represented District Collector T Vinay Krishna Reddy for CT scan and ICU at the district ventilators in the nearby hospital of Huzurnagar with mineral funds. Dialysis and oxygen pipeline should be installed in mineral funds at the Community Health Center of Kodad, he added.
