What a beautiful goodbye, as true to the legacy of Sergio Aguero as it can be! Aguero scores twice in five minutes (71', 76') to put Manchester City 5-0 up against Everton. It's a battering for Everton! In his farewell Premier League match with Manchester City, Kun Aguero finds a way to make it memorable, like he always does!

Sadio Mane scores his second on the night with a fizzing shot after some good passing. Salah passed it to Wijnaldum, who somehow gave it back to Salah, who laid it for Mane. Mane took a second, saw the space and struck it home. Could have been saved by the keeper though! Liverpool lead 2-0.
74' - Great counter from the Reds, the ball is played to Mane on the edge of the area and his left-footed strike is deflected into the net. GET IN!!

Oops! Chelsea are really in the dumps now! Jorginho trips Traore in the box and gives away a penalty, which can be a huge blow to their Champions League qualification from the Premier League. Anwar El Ghazi scores from the spot to put Aston Villa 2-0 up. Meanwhile, Leicester are leading 2-1 and Liverpool are 1-0 up vs Crystal Palace.
What is it with Tottenham giving away penalties today? Jamie Vardy wins his second penalty of the game when he was brought down by Sanchez and once more he scores from the spot. Leicester lead 2-1.

Anthony Elanga Scores Manchester United Opener
Manchester United score their first goal on the final day in the 13th minute. A stunning assist from Daniel James as he curls the ball from the left flank to the middle and Elanga does extremely well to get in between the Wolves' left back and left centre-back to head it in.
ELANGAAA!!!
