Long time pec slow gainer here.
I have long-ass arms and strong shoulders. I used to bench and could get a small bit of pec recruitment. Now, after a few years working on handstands etc my arms just do all the work on bench and I get zero pec doms.
What exercises should I do? Possibly cable fly is the only pec exercise that has ever given me a slight peg engagement feeling. What else is there out there for long armed bros?
