And if you are someone who is also craving for some easy snack recipe, here is a perfect Bread Roll recipe that Neena Gupta shared during last year's lockdown from her Mukhteswar house.
During the lockdown 2020, Neena kept sharing easy and simple recipes from her kitchen and this easy snack recipe is definitely worth a try. She shared Aloo and Paneer Bread Roll recipe video, where she can be seen in her kitchen along with her chef Raju.
In the 1.25 minute video, she is dictating the roll recipe. According to her video, to make this easy recipe, you first need to cut the sides of bread and then soak them in water for a second and squeeze the excess water. Next, you need to place a small portion of aloo stuffing and then gently shape the bread in the form of a roll. For making the aloo stuffing, take some boiled potatoes, add roasted peanut, salt, chaat masala, black pepper, green chilli, coriander leaves, amchoor powder, black salt and onion. Mix all the ingredients together and your aloo stuffing it ready.
Once the Aloo Roll is shaped, Neena’s chef deep fry it in a wok with enough oil on a low flame. Similarly, he makes the paneer stuffing and shapes Paneer Roll and then deep fry it on a low flame. For paneer stuffing, simply mash the readymade paneer, add salt, black pepper, chaat masala, sautéed onion, black salt and mix it well.
