Emmy Award-nominated choreographer Suresh Mukund, who is the founder of dance group Kings United, has won the title of World Choreography Awards for the show World of Dance. He has become the first Indian to win this title. Earlier, Suresh’s team had won NBC’s World of Dance Season 3. Suresh was also one of the captains in the TV show Dance Plus 5.

Talking about his journey, Suresh says, “I really feel proud of myself and my team because we are always the first ones from our country to achieve some or the other thing like World Of Dance, Emmy nomination and then this award, so it always excites me and makes me happy. Trust me, it has been a long journey so I know the struggle we have gone through since so many years, and this is the final reward for all the work and sleepless nights that we have had in the journey of more than a decade.”

Thanking his supporters Suresh adds, “I feel so grateful to be the first one from my country to win this award. I thank my team, which always supported and stood by me. They always believed in my vision. It’s just because of that team spirit. I give all the credit to my team and family. Winning awards motivates me...”
