As we speak about God's miracles, a patient in Coimbatore has faced it. Minutes after a COVID-19 patient reached Coimbatore Medical College, the ambulance to which he came got fire due to a leak in an Oxygen cylinder and a short circuit. The ambulance was set ablaze and later the fire was put down by the fire authorities.

The ambulance was set ablaze and later the fire was put down by the fire authorities. 

Fortunately, both the patient as well as the ambulance driver, and all the people nearby escaped without any injuries. The visuals from the incident showed a raging fire damaging at the rear and windshield of the ambulance. The fire and rescue personnel rushed to the scene immediately and the fire was put off after 30 minutes of effort.

A staff in CMC said, "The fire happened when the Ambulance service staff tried to change the oxygen cylinder due to a leak. But the fire was immediately put out by the firefighters." The Regional Medical Officer who came to the spot never responded to the queries raised by the press people around. So far no action has been taken on anyone regarding this fire mishap incident. It should be noted that coimbatore is one of the worst-hit cities in tamil Nadu.
