Armed miscreants set Hyva on fire in Latehar

Latehar, May 22 (UNI) Unidentified armed miscreants set on fire a Hyva in Chamatu under Balumath Police Station area of this district.
Police on Saturday said that the miscreants forced the driver to stop the vehicle at gunpoint and later poured kerosene on it and set the vehicle on fire. Post executing the crime the criminals fled into the forest.
Police said that the vehicle belonged to a coal outsourcing company working at the Magadh coal project. The officials of the company said that they had not received any phone call for levy or any threatening. Further probe is on.
