    Deload Strategy

7 weeks since my last deload and iv been running German Volume Training for a couple meso cycles now. - (Which I love, fantastic results) However past couple weeks iv kind of been run down outside of the gym not sure if its the pollen and the allergies acting up or if I have systemic fatigue. I usually go longer than 7 weeks between deloads. Last time went 10 weeks. I always hate deloading because i just feel if your not working hard going forward you are going backwards which I know isnt really true.. just a mind f*ck... Thoughts?

Secondly, what is your guys deload strategy? 1/2 the weight 1/2 the reps? Are you giving the muscle a pump at all?

No noob here been lifting for 21 years but always love input and opinion. Sometimes ya cant see the forest thru the trees.
