Portugal to make 6725-7025 MHz band available for FSS use

Portugal's National Communications Authority (Anacom) has launched a public consultation process for the use of the 6725-7025 MHz frequency band for Fixed Satellite Services (FSS) by fixed satellite service earth stations. The regulator believes that sharing the 6725-7025 MHz frequency band between FSS and existing radiocommunications services in Portugal is feasible.
