    Lactose Free Bodybuilding

After all the years I been lifting weights and drinking protein shakes/ milk I just found now that I am lactose intolerant and that is the reason for a lot of my digestion problems and Irritable Bowl Syndrome. All the years I would just take a dump right after I drank protein shakes, had a large meal, had any dairy. I just assumed this is what happens with most people and I just got a sensitive stomach and I assumed this normal and nothing wrong. According to the digestive specialist Doctor...nope it's going right through you because you are Lactose intolerant. I just put up with this condition most of my life because I was young and digestive problems didn't cause any major issues, but now they are causing major issues with my body so I have no choice I got get rid of the Lactose. So I have to go on a Lactose Free Diet and I was wondering how to do bodybuilding with milk cut out.

First challenge is protein shakes. Most protein shakes contain Milk/ contain Lactose so trying to find Lactose free protein shakes. It explains why drinking too many protein shakes was something I never liked doing, made me crap all the time...well it did because I was lactose intolerant and never realized it

2nd issue is going on a milk free and lactose free bodybuilding diet. I always assumed it was normal to have a bowl movement 20 minutes after eating cereal with milk, worked like clock work every morning for years for me. After cereal I would get the runs and have to take a crap, and I assumed this happens to everyone, it is normal. It is surprising after I been drinking lactose free soy milk with my cereal this problem never happens anymore. I will have to find some lactose free bodybuilding diets to go on.

Any guidance on where to look? Shop? Lactose Free Bodybuilding Diets?
