Man Does Push-Ups on Water in Incredible Video As People Compare Him to Jesus
After a year of staying at home owing to the coronavirus pandemic, many of us may not be feeling in peak physical shape.
And with summer just around the corner, perhaps some of you might be thinking about getting back into a fitness regime.
However, chances are, no matter how much you work out, you will never be doing moves as impressive as this man, who recently went viral on TikTok by doing push-ups on water.
No, he does not have supernatural powers. In fact, Ben Groen is a professional barefoot water skier.
The athlete shared footage to the social media app on May 18 of himself barefoot skiing behind a boat, which is already impressive enough.
The Florida-based man then turns around, and hooks his feet into the handle of the rope, and glides along on the palms of his hands.
Using his speed on the water, he then bends his elbows and performs three push-ups, before turning back round and gliding away on his buttocks.
The overlaid text on the video reads: "Who wants to learn push ups on water??"
Groen has captioned the clip: "Who out there wants to put this one on their summer to-do list?!"
@ben_groen Who out there wants to put this one on their summer to-do list?! 😳 #fyp #foryoupage #pushupchallenge #pushups

The footage has so far been viewed more than 1.7 million times and received 338,200 likes.
Many people have flooded to the comments section to share their views on the jaw-dropping maneuver.
One TikTok user, Emmett, wrote: "that. was. the. most. impressive. thing. I've. ever. seen."
Another, Max, added: "Bro I can't even do 5 push ups on the floor and this guy does 10 while flying over water? Jeez."
Zion Bliss typed: "So much control, he's definitely an Aquarius."
Uyen Ninh commented: "I can't even believe in my eyes."
While saa2466 drew parallels to Jesus Christ walking on water, exclaiming: "This is Jesus."
However, if you would like to view a more relatable exercise regime, why not take a look at this adorable footage of a cat doing sit-ups.
In clip posted to Twitter, a white fluffy feline can be seen lying on a street sidewalk on their back and raising their head forwards and backwards in a motion that mimics abdominal crunches.
The humorous video was posted by @AnimalsWorld alongside the caption: "Working on that summer body," and was accompanied by two laughing face emojis.
