One of the most-enjoyed ceremonies during a wedding is Varmala, which means exchanging of garlands by the bride and groom. Poking fun is a part and parcel of it. In a video that has gone viral on social media, a bride is seen giving an irritated and angry look to people in the audience, who apparently are friends with the groom. Here’s what happened: The couple is in the middle of a Varmala ceremony when a friend of theirs starts singing ‘Happy Birthday to you’ out of nowhere. This irks the bride and she decides to let her irritation known. We can hear the Bollywood song ‘Tum jab aise sharmaati ho Dulhe ka Dhadakta hai seena’ playing in the backdrop.
