New Delhi: JSW Steel achieved a multiple increase in its consolidated net profit to 4,191 million in the quarter ended March 31 on Friday, mainly due to higher revenue.
The company made a net profit of 188 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year, JSW Steel said in a BSE submission.
Total revenue in January-March 2021 increases to 27,095 million, compared to 18,009 million in the previous year.
The total cost increased to 20,752 million, up from 17,056 million a year ago.
