Soon, get all Covid info on one portal

Gurgaon: The district administration has decided to transform the ‘Gurugram Covid Combat Companion’ portal into an integrated dashboard. The dashboard will have all information regarding availability of oxygen cylinders, home isolation guidelines, ambulance facility, testing labs, hospital bed management, funeral services, among others.
“The entire gamut of services will be offered on a single platform. All information right from the time a person is detected positive to the doctors’ consultation to home isolation guidelines to ambulance requirements to hospital bed management and all other services will be integrated in one portal. It will also help us strategise and analyse data and take informed decisions. The integrated portal will be ready soon,” said deputy commissioner Dr Yash Garg.
The officials said that most of the services are right now available on Gurugram Covid Combat Companion portal — covidggn.com. “We will be expanding the portal by adding more services to it. The point is that we want to integrate all services at one point so that people don’t have to log on to one portal for oxygen and another portal for doctor consultation,” the DC added.
The officials said that creating one portal where all information will be available would also save time, which is precious in case the patient is critical. The district administration officials said that the hospitals have been instructed to keep updating the bed availability data regularly so that people get updated information.
