Congress leaders in Rajasthan`s Kota have filed a police complaint against the central leaders of the BJP over the toolkit case. The complaint has been filed against BJP President JP Nadda, Spokesman Sambit Patra and Union Minister Smriti Irani.

In the complaint against BJP President JP Nadda, Spokesman Sambit Patra and Union Minister Smriti Irani and others, it was said that these BJP leaders made fake letterhead of All India Congress Committee Research Department and then wrote false and concocted material on it.
In the complaint handed over to Additional Superintendent of Police Pravin Kumar Jain, former president of Kota District Congress Committee, Ravindra Tyagi and Amat Dhariwal said that the BJP was working to spread hatred in the country. BJP, through its verified Twitter, handle and other social media platforms have increased communal unrest in the country and tried to incite hatred.
After giving the complaint, a case has been registered in the Nayapura police station of Kota police. The purpose of the incompetent BJP is to divert attention from the failure of the Narendra Modi government at the Center which failed to provide the necessary resources to the people amid the Covid-19 epidemic, Tyagi added, accusing the BJP of using the document to spread fake news.
