Leonardo DiCaprio Buys L.A. Mansion from a 'Modern Family' Star - See Photos from Inside!

Leonardo DiCaprio has added another home to his real estate portfolio!

The 46-year-old Oscar-winning actor just purchased a $7.1 million home in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles and he actually bought it from a famous star.

Dirt.com reports that Leo bought the home from Modern Family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson and his husband Justin Mikita. He even paid more than the asking price, which was $6.995 million. Other previous owners of the home include Gwen Stefani and That ’70s Show producer Mark Brazill.

The report also says that Leo likely purchased the home for “a lucky family member or two” and it doesn’t seem he’s going to live in the house.

The home has 4,926 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It’s located behind big gates and down a long driveway. Outside the home is an amazing swimming pool, which Gwen added to the property.
