What products to get from USA than India

I have my sister coming up in 3 months and got some time to shopping, confused with what to buy from there considering price difference.
- Mac Mini worth it ? / OR
- Any PC components like Processor or Graphics Card ?
- Any Gaming Laptop under 1000$ ?

Need something for a alternate PC confused with Mac Mini or Assembling a PC here ( Components from US).
Or If any other products in electronics wise which makes a big price difference please let me know.

PS : Bought a Xbox One S at 21k.

If you have a console for gaming already, then a MacBook Air or a Mac Mini will be excellent computers for almost all non-gaming workloads

GPU if you require even though you ave console. Not sure whats the inflation on gpu there though..
