Timothy Granison, the husband of Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren, was arraigned in the Hall of Justice Thursday morning on criminal charges resulting from the search of his and the mayor's home Wednesday.
Granison, 42, of Rochester pleaded not guilty to three felonies — two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of criminal possession of a firearm.
