it's like you get to a point in life where you've done stuff you do most days so many times, that they are now boring. yeah of course there are things you do sometimes that are new - but most things are the same.
imagine if you could 'reset' the brain and trick it into thinking you haven't done the same stuff 1000s of times

Seems there is a lack of purpose. Sure daily tasks are boring but if you treat them as stepping stones to a bigger goal it changes perception.
Example, you trying to cut some weight so you meal prep…….going to the store now is a step to your overall goal, think that your good choices will make you better etc.
Another, going to work sucks, sure….but if you decide it’s getting you experience for the next promotion your motivation might improve.
I hope you see what I mean, no don’t do drugs, that’s just a path to being a lifetime loser.☆ Member of the Brave 767 crew ☆ Never forget.

Having kids was a complete reset. The whole world becomes new again when you see it thru a kid's eyes, every day you can show them something completely new and feel their sense of wonder.
Can't tell you how much more fun Christmastime is with our little "true believers" in the house. Spending every night drinking cocoa, watching films, writing letters to Santa.Smooth Seas don't make Strong Sailors. Keep your head up.
