Angry locals surrounded BJP MLA Deshraj Karanwal in Bhagtowali village in Uttarakhand. Locals accused the Jhabreda MLA of not doing developmental work. They demanded to know why a small drainage line in a lane, a long-standing demand, had not been met. The BJP MLA said that the incident was staged by the rival groups.
