Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd. informed the exchanges Wednesday that due to the severe cyclonic storm “Tauktae” hitting the shores of Maharashtra & Gujarat on May 18, 2021, the company witnessed some disruption at our Ratnagiri plant in Maharashtra.
As per the initial assessment, the cyclone has caused damage to the factory sheds, which has resulted into temporary production halt at Unit I to V. The Plant production has been partly shut down and all measures are being taken to start the repair work on immediate basis. The company is also ensuring the safety of personnel and manufacturing equipment.
“In this evolving situation, the overall adverse impact on the operations of the company is not immediately assessable,” Shree Pushkar Chemicals said in its exchange filing on Wednesday.
At around 11.20 AM, Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd was trading at Rs171.75 per piece down Rs1.35 or 0.78% on the BSE.
