    Improvements on my current physique? Pics

    I’ve been training for over 3 years now. I want to know where I should make improvements.

    I want to get slightly bigger in general, but not too big. Like max 88kgs at the same bf% (currently 82kgs).

    Yeah, I suppose delts to look more aesthetic, but it’s hard for me to improve ohp rn. The machine exercises are going up, while the barbell is stagnant.

    I always found I get far better results on STRICT lat raises, bent over raises, front raises. High rep/high volume. After a while I dont even bother with ohp anymore. Give it a try. Pump is incredible

    I think that's good progress for 3 years.
    What are your lifts?
    Just mix it up a bit, train incline press maybe or focus on biceps for a couple of weeks if you want, I think you have a base. My point is you have a good base it's up to you what to focus on.

    This. OP go on a 8 week cut. You grow new muscle tissue way more efficiently when you’re lean. Trying to bulk when you have a moderately high bf% is making the process way more difficult
